I truly value every order, big or small. But with rising costs, there is a base expense to pack & ship every order, no matter how small. This includes packing materials, labor, and postage.

To offset this, many businesses raise prices or require bulk purchases, forcing customers to buy bundles they may not need. I’ve chosen not to go that route, because I know how helpful it is to grab just one skein of thread or a single sticker when the mood strikes.

To keep offering flexible, low-quantity options without raising prices or increasing shipping costs, we ask for a minimum order of $8 USD (approx $11 CAD) before checkout.

Digital-only patterns that don’t require shipping are exempt from this minimum. You can absolutely purchase them on their own, even under $8.

Orders for ready-made products typically take 2-4 business days to ship. Personalized or custom products usually take 3-6 business days from the time your order details are confirmed. Most of my kits include everything you need to complete the project, except for basic tools like scissors or glue guns. Each listing has a full list of included materials both in the photos and in the description, so you can double-check what’s inside. If you ever have questions, just reach out, I’m happy to clarify!

Not at all! Just place your order for the total quantity of threads you need. After that, simply send me your list, no fancy formatting required.

A clear photo of your pattern’s thread list, a spreadsheet, or even a handwritten list works perfectly. I can work off whatever is easiest for you.
