We want you to be happy with every order from The Knotty Unicorn. If something’s not right, just reach out. We’re here to help.

Personalized Items

All personalized items are final sale. If there’s a quality issue or an error on our end, we’ll remake the item or offer a full refund. However, we’re not able to offer refunds or remakes if the personalization details were entered incorrectly, so please double check all spelling and selections before submitting your order.

Physical (Non-Personalized) Items

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for non-personalized items, as long as they’re unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the issue was due to a mistake on our end. If so, we’ll cover the return or send a replacement, depending on the situation.

Please note: Return shipping costs may be higher than our original flat rate ($5.75) depending on your location and the weight of the package.

Digital Items

All digital downloads are final sale. If there’s an issue accessing your file or the quality isn’t as expected, please reach out and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
